"Safe golden sands and award winning Beaches."  Newquay is also home to some of the finest surfing beaches in Europe, hosting major surf contests throughout the year. If it’s not your thing, use the beaches for talent spotting or nursing a hangover in the sun. Newquay town centre has a wide variety of shops, bistros and bars to suit all tastes. Site facilities include: Cafe, Take Away, Mini Market, Off Licence, Outdoor Pool, Arcade, Surf Shop with bike hire, Wetsuit & Surfboard hire, new for 2008 The Shakin' Shack bar.
